Usui Reiki Attunement

Have you already done Level 1 & 2 Usui Reiki before but either it was a long time ago, or you were not taught how to use the energy for self or others. I have sat with the energy of Mikao Usui and he has no issue with me offering to re-attune people & teach meditation techniques. I will need to see your certificates for either level.
